  1. Strength: 1 DB squat clean + 2 DB thruster ladder (1 round q min). 10 total lifts
    Started at 35# and finished at 80#. Competed each combo. Final set of 80’s -did only 2 thrusters. Great job Brett on the 80’s.

  3. Dumbbell squat clean + 2 thrusters ladder
    35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80
    Last set at 80# was a max rep set of thrusters for 14 reps. Tried for 15 reps but couldn’t get the right arm locked out but Will said it was legit enough for a bro rep.
