    Odd: 5 kipping pull-ups (can’t do bar muscle ups yet or chest to bar regularly)

    I am not sure i would count my time. Brett asked me where i was and i said round 6…but BP said round 7. So i went and did another clean and jerk to complete my round of 7s… so not so sure on my counting.

    Wod w/65# – 7:36 (Slow and steady. Worked on technique)

    All 5 rounds completed with 250# (Power clean + Front squat + Push jerk + Back squat + Behind the head split jerk)

  6. Boot camp w/Kristi, Lisa, Karin and Missy

    Warm up:
    Each girl wrote on paper 2 skills they wanted to do. I put numbers on the white board
    and posted the skills randomly to the numbers:

    10 pull ups
    20 lunges
    30 air squats
    40 sit ups
    30 shoulder press w/dummbbells
    20 kettlbell swings
    10 sit ups
    40 kettlebell swings

    (Carlos, Missy’s husband dropped by and told us how much he liked his first 101 Crossfit class! Got a little break talking with him! It was nice to see him!)

    Partner WOD:
    While one runs 400 meter, the other does the following: Everyone has to run two 400M runs:
    2 Farners’s carry w/dumbbell to end of gym, around bldg and in side door
    10 Tire flips
    15 front squats w/barbell
    30 step ups
    40 mountain climbers

    WOD 2
    10 dips on parallel bars
    Hold L sit (or legs off ground) as long as possible
    20 plank Dumbbell rows (10 ea arm)

    AB WOD

    10 V ups
    10 toe touches
    10 twists ea side
    10 single leg crunches ea leg
    10 double leg crunches
    10 cross leg lifts ea leg
    10 siders
    10 pulsators
    10 roll ups
    20 heal touches ea way
    10 plank crunches from elbow
    10 plank twists on ea side
    10 ups and down
    30 bicycles
    20 toe touches (shoulders don’t touch ground)
    30 bicycle ea side (hands on head – head off ground)

    Finished w/
    30 sec one legged wall sit (ea leg)
    25 low donkey kicks on wall
    25 high donkey kicks on wall
    25 spints on wall
    Hand sand hold as long as possible
