  1. Str 5×3 ohs with 2 sec hold at bottom. Went from the ground got 215lbs. Pr on a clean!
    Wod first round rx rest at 65lbs in 7:… something.

    Up to 115#…..anything overhead is a weakness. Working on that.

    On my last set of thrusters I tried to count down from 10 and I believe I counted wrong and missed a rep. So only 9 on the last set

  6. Oh Hank or Henry (whatever you’re calling yourself today) is it really necessary to bring up childhood trauma? My parents didn’t even tell me until I was 10 that I was going to stay this color. I took it pretty hard!

    Thankfully for my beautiful daughters, there mother is a very tan Korean. So they’ll get darker just going out to get the mail!
