    Rest 3 mins between rounds

    5:32/5:07/5:47/5:58
    230 total swings

    Doing this workout without rest is insanely difficult. Awesome job to anyone who completed it back in August.

  2. 15 time limit
    30 cnj 135
    30 cnj 115
    30 cnj 95# (used one bar throughout)
    Then Max KB swings 55#—-got only 26
    Tough one on the grip.
    Had 2 mins to do swings… Thought id have more like 4 going into it.
