Big Congratulations to Mitchell this past weekend on his 75 Kilo (165#) Snatch and 94 Kilo (206#) Clean & Jerk in the 62 Kilo (136#) weight class divison at the Barbell Bedlam Olympic Weightlifting Competition hosted by Okie CrossFit. We are very proud of you!

    Missed 3 snatches in a row on the 8th round. No misses other than that

    Last time I did this I did it with 95# and it took 18:10.

    Squat snatch up to 145# (tie pr, power snatch pr is 165#), 155# (fx2, really close on 2nd attempt)

    6 rounds + 2 SS in 20 minutes
    finished 5th round just under 12 minutes and the wheels came off

    First time to do this one but felt pretty good on the Snatches.. Wall-balls were a different story! 🙁

    WOD w/ 85# and 10 wall balls per round = 19:34…both movements were awful for me!

    squat snatches – a lot of misses the first 5 rounds, last 5 rounds 1 miss. None touch and go.
