    – completed
    First time with this one
    Tough wod, those short breaks start working against you mentally

    3 rds of each @ 10 min and called it quits.
    Gave an effort today that pales in comparison with the impressive S. Combs. But seriously, good work today man. As per usual, great job on the PRs today Mitchell.

    WOD “Cindy”

    Not sure how many rounds but it felt like alot.. Did GHD sit ups the first 5 rounds instead of Squats and started to fill sick so went back to squats.

    Cindy: 15 rounds I was on my last squat when time was called. Um, and my push-ups at the end were pathetic!

    And B…damn! You just had a baby and I can barely keep up with you. You look amazing!

    finally getting the whole pull up thing 😉 kipped them all and felt strong, exciting to see the progress

    Mini Cindy- had to leave early so I only did 10 min, worked on butterfly pullups
