    10 burpees / 10 pull-ups = 55 reps of each
    80 ghd ( neutral only – no hyperext)
    2.5 lengths of HS walk (80′)

    Double Unders = 171
    GHD Sit Ups = 75
    10′ Rope Climbs = 11
    Hand Stand Holds = 30, 30, 30, 30, 25, 20, 16 (seconds)

    5 min AMRAP Squat Clean & Jerk 105# = 11 reps

    Love me some squat cleans but jerks were miserable after handstand holds!

    Almost all were thrusters. Not the best way to go.

    GHDs: did 20, back/head pain kicked in so switched to V ups
    Rope climbs: practiced new techniques

    5 min squat C&J @ 105#: 20

  15. Strict PLU w blue band: 12 (not a typo)
    HS walk: 1/2 the length between the cones, unless you count walking backwards, probably did 2 laps of that.
    DU: 212
    Back ext:60 (big mistake to do these before squat cleans)
