    50 Wall ball shots (20#, 14#) @ 10#’s reps of ten and a little unsteady at times.

    Strength: maxed out at 61#’s

    Just did the strength in the garage:

    Started too heavy…didn’t do the last 2 singles

    WOD w/ 85# Front squats/ 35# KB/ 20″ Box/ 14# wall ball on cage target had to switch to 10# ball because I kept wacking myself in the face 🙁
