    100 Sit-ups
    100 Squats
    I did 70 reps of each in 20.42 by reps of ten. Pull ups broken and with blue band. Push-ups still not tight. Sit-ups anchored. Squats not bad.
    My running still needs a lot of work!

  6. From all of those wondering about the British boy, here is an update:

    Tell them I’m settled here ok. Working in Liverpool now just living at home for the time being. Catching up on all the drunken nights I’ve missed with the boys over the past 5 years every weekend is pretty much my life story at the moment! No girlfriend for me, was dating a girl for a couple months then she started irritating me so I moved on from that one haha. I’m just working out in a local gym, they have some equipment which I can use for CrossFit but I haven’t done anything like that yet. I’ll start doing Breck’s WODs again in the new year hopefully.

    Would have been a lot faster but I ripped 4 times. Slowed me down taping and bandaging

    WOD- pretty much practiced 100 Butterfly pull-ups, did the sit-ups and worked on Ring MU’s. Humbling day to say the least.
