In a 4 person team, complete for time:
25 Rope climbs (one person working at a time; only 1 rope per team)
50 Muscle ups (one person working at a time; only 1 set of rings per team)
100 Back squats (185#, 125#) (one person working at a time; if bar touches the floor anytime during the 100 reps, all 4 team members run 200 meters before continuing; only one barbell per team)
200 Burpees (two people working at a time, while the other two hang from bar)
400 Double unders (three people working at a time, while the other holds a plank position b/w two boxes)
800 Meter run (all 4 run together while a 25# plate remains overhead throughout the entire run)
