    400 Meter run: controlling my breathing a little better, still breathing hard by the end of the run though!
    12 Overhead squats (115#, 75#): 11# bar only, still trying to perfect my squat.
    21 Toes to bar: knee lift rises only
    Time : 16.25
    Strength was with 11# bar

    Thanks everyone for the congratulations. Our kids worked their ass off all year, made out job easy. Made for a really fun weekend, probably too fun judging by today’s WOD.
