    Completed to 10 pull-ups in round 2. Attempted 3 wall climbs in round 1. Tough wod for me

    WOD w/6 kip HSPU (counted a few attempts that failed also) & 20 butterfly pull-up attempts
    2 rounds + 9 doubles

    12 minutes to work on split jerks- 1 rep. Worked up to 185#
    *
    Power clean clusters: 4 sets of 3; 10 seconds between the 3 reps w/ 3 minute rest between sets. Used 135/185/225/235
    *
    Power clean & jerk; q20 seconds for 4 minutes. Used 135#
    *
    Rowing WOD: 500 meters – 5 rounds w/ 3 minutes rest between rows (Did this before a few time at CFJ but w/ 5 minutes rest between rows).
    1- 1:40; 2- 1:36; 3- 1:36; 4- 1:37; 5- 1:37
    Total time: 8:06; Average time: 1:37.2
