Start a clock and at every 5 minutes try to complete one of the following exercises for time:
500 Meter row
50 GHD sit-ups
50 Thrusters (95#, 65#)
50 Box jumps (30”, 24”)
50 Kettlebell swings (70#, 45#)
Athletes choice of order.
Post times or results for each to responses.
