    Substitution for muscle-ups per Breck is 5 Burpee + double (2) push-ups & pull-ups
    Finished at 13:58. OHS unbroken.

    Substituted back squats for OHS due to aggravated wrist… 145# (60% 1RPM)

    WOD:

    Rx OHS w/double burpee pull ups… 19:21

  4. OHS 5×3 @ 185, crazy impressive on this Mitchell.
    WOD mod- 3rds w/ burpee 2 push up 2 pull up.
    Awful. Too many xmas cookies and pecan pies.

    Barely made it in time cap 😬 first time doing this type of WOD @ RX’d weight

    I have not worked out much in the last 2 weeks and it shows

    WOD
    3 rds of 10 OHS w/35# and 1 burpee, 2 push ups and 1 pull up ea rd
    6:24 so sad…I am making a New Year’s resolution to get in more WODS!!
