50 Jumping pull-ups (wrist folds at bar)
50 Kettlebell swings, 35# (guys and girls)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows (knees actually touch elbows)
50 Push press, 45#/35#
50 Back/Hip extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20/14lbs 10′
50 Burpees (jump at least 1in and clap hands over or behind head with a vertical torso)
50 Double unders
