7 Front Squats 115/80 or 95/65lbs
6 over the Bar Lateral Burpees
7 S20 115/80 or 95/65lbs
Rest 2 minute between rounds

Post total time minus 8 minutes and load used to responses.

  2. Scaled the heck out of everything today…still recovering from bronchitis.

    Don’t give enough credit where credit is due sometimes to Breck Berry (actually never). But I’ve noticed the workouts lately have become challenging and a lot more fun than they used to be. Kudos to Breck for his evolution as a Crossfit Trainer!

    WOD @ 115lbs = 5:31 Shoulder to overhead and burpees still Kill me. I will keep moving forward based on all your energy.
