CFJ’s CrossFit Open Schedule:

Thursday: CrossFit HQ will release One Open Workout each week for 5 weeks

Friday: OPEN WOD will be the Workout of the Day

Saturday: 9am- CFJ DAILY WOD.  10:15-12pm- OPEN WOD in heats (we will post heat times in advance depending on the time domain of the WOD. Please e-mail us with your preferred time by Friday evening at 10pm. info@crossfitjenks.com)

Sunday: 11am-1pm OPEN WOD (first come, first serve)

  1. Strength: Squat snatch 3-2-1-1-1
    Used 135# but didn’t do squat snatch instead did power. Having trouble today receiving in the squat.
    *
    WOD w/ modification for the HSPU (did push press instead), every thing else rx & w/135#
    DU;OHS w/135#; Toes to Bar; Push press w/ 135
    – completed 7 rounds + 70 DU’s

  2. Squat snatch: 3@65#, 2@75#, 1@80# x 3
    WOD w/ 65#, hspu on box and did 2 single/1double ratio
    8 rounds plus 65 single jump ropes

    WOD = 8 rds 57 DU (strict HSPU until RD 6 then 1 ab mat)
