  1. Skill work: able to pull up to bottom of chest. Still need about 4 more inches

    WOD: 65# to stay light, pulled hard on pull ups.

  3. suffered 3 freezing cold miles bc I’m smart like that

    wod took it easy.. with 65# and only 5 burpee pull ups each round
