Complete the following in any order or method you prefer for time. The only prerequisite is all distance and reps must be accumulated to complete.

Run 1.25 mile (5 laps)

60 Burpee Pull-Ups (can jump in) or Burpee C2B Pull-Ups

60 Over the Box Jumps 24/20″ or 30/24″ (Games Standard)

60 Back Rack Thrusters 75/55 or 95/65lbs

60 Ab-Mat Sit-Ups Unanchored or 60 GHD Sit-ups

    4 rounds of 10
    Back Thrusters
    Over the box jumps
    Burpee pull ups
    Unanchored ab may situps

    Then, broke it up into 4 rds of 5 to just keep moving for a total of 60 reps of each movement.
