*Catch EMOM perform 10 KBS.  The KBS do not start until the 1st minute has elapsed.

    Big improvement, last time was 800m at 18 min when I quit.

    Done this WOD twice before & scaled during. Decided to have a plan. 30# KB & 7 swings each minute. 13:45

    Max rep barbell bench = 57 reps

    WOD as Rx’d = 11:52…great job Shannon and the rest of the 5 am crew!

    Our “housewarming party” is this Saturday May 16! We will have light snacks and lots to drink! Come over anytime after 7pm. We will several types of beer and vodka, tequila, rum, etc, to make mixed drinks but if there is something specific you want just bring it with you! Everyone is invited, but please no kids! Ours won’t be there and I don’t want to worry about anyone else’s! Lol

    I’ve moved on Jimbo. I’m with the Most Interesting Man in the World and sexiest man at the gym (as clearly documented in a previous post), Ronnie Duncan. You..well you’re kinda bitter! Please just let go!

    Oh and stop calling my house at 4 am and hanging up….I have caller ID and we’ll it’s just weird!
