    WOD as Rx’d = 14 rds + 2 barbell push-ups

    400m run = 2:15….slow runner + no juice after WOD = really slow! 🙁

  3. 3 mile stroller jog with Miss Harper

    Ranked top 5 most challenging runs EVER! sippy cups & shoes flying out of the stroller, baby girl screaming, HUMIDITY, ear buds falling out… sheesh.

    It would be helpful if you had a more supportive partner. I mean, you, Linda Berry and Berlyn should not be expected to raise Harper by yourselves! Did I tell you I’m great with little girls?! I’m raising my hand as I type this by the way!
