    2 rounds of Barbara RX’d.
    All 3 rounds of Friday’s Wod with 115# and GHD’s

    3 minutes rest b/t all rounds.

  2. If anyone wasn’t already aware, we have an amazing gym and CFJ community. Had an awesome time competing with all the CFJers today! Good work guys.
