Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell swings (Men 70 lbs, Women 45 lbs)

In honor of Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy, who was killed Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq. Nate is survived by his wife, Mindi, and his infant son Parker.

    Not a ton of rounds (by any means) BUT this is my first time to do this Hero workout as Rx’d and I’m VERY excited about it!! 🙂

    Worked on butterfly’s and I’ve been told suck up the shoulder pain it will get easier!
    Wod w 5 pull-ups and 5 GHD
    35 pounds on the KB, picked up just the 40 and it seemed like 100 pounds so I changed my mind! Great job peeps for going heavier!
    Kipling HSPU! So I guess I have not been doing my HSPU right! Def need to practice!

    Didn’t keep track of rounds I think 4-5 rounds + 3HSPU
