Ran extremely slow (2:00 pace) and stopped every 200m to stretch hamstring. Had the bloodiest rips (both hands) of my life toward the end of the 2nd rd.
Decided to clean up the murder scene rather than do :90 S2OH. Hit 205 in warm up, planned to attempt 225 and 245.
Awesome job this week Sydney! Super proud to get to say I was once on the team of one of the most dominant CF Games athletes in history!

That was a rough day for me…this cardio is by far the hardest thing to get back. First time ive had to walk so much in a WOD. Easiest part of that was S2O at the end.
