Within 90 seconds of completing Pyramid Double “Helen:”

    I hate running! The first 1200m wasn’t horrible but half way into the 800m it was tough and hot!

    Finisher 135# split jerk.

    WOD w/33KB, 22KB and 11 KB swings
    and 12 pull ups (just jumping to bar and pulling up), 5 PU +
    3 knee raises and last round 4 knee raises.
    Did all the runs, no walking

    WOD rx – 29:15
    Ran extremely slow (2:00 pace) and stopped every 200m to stretch hamstring. Had the bloodiest rips (both hands) of my life toward the end of the 2nd rd.
    Decided to clean up the murder scene rather than do :90 S2OH. Hit 205 in warm up, planned to attempt 225 and 245.

    That was a rough day for me…this cardio is by far the hardest thing to get back. First time ive had to walk so much in a WOD. Easiest part of that was S2O at the end.
