  8. I concur with Stone. Stone is to Crossfit wod modification what Stephen Hawking is to Cosmology. Why I’ve seen the guy go two months never doing the wod posted or modifying it to such an extent it didn’t even halfway resemble what Breck posted. Quite brilliant really…

    Push Press @ 65lbs (arms were jell-o, but not like the old Bill Cosby jell-o commercials)

    30:00 even, had less than 6 minutes remaining after the 4th round and decided I wanted to go for it. My grandma would be proud.

    super strong on your BP!)

    WOD w/25# KB and 45# push press

    32:18 (after deducting 1 minute for starting 1min late)

    (I finished the push press on 5th round at 30 minutes…but Breck made
    me go ahead an do the final 400M! ugh! and Max, it was not any cooler
    at 6:30!!! The only thing I can say about this WOD is I didn’t walk on any
    of the runs!

    (and Dupler, you made me laugh again!)
