    even: 1 hang power clean + 1 push jerk
    odd: 1 squat clean + 1 split jerk
    – 1st 6 minutes used 185#
    – 2nd 6 minutes used 205# (missed the 2nd & 3rd split jerks)

    WOD as rx’d – used 115#

    75lbs (could have done 95 probably)
    Singles
    Lots of broken ab sets!!!

    24:30 because I sucked at abs. Weight was too light
