  1. Strength: mostly just 35# bar, did a few with 55#

    WOD scaled/modified for back issues = 14:22

  2. Officially 1 month into CrossFit!

    4 @ 115
    2 @ 125
    Failed @ 145
    1 @ 145

    WOD w/ 75lbs, toes to rings, 20lb wall ball, jumping pull-ups
    Nothing broken more than once (I think)
    Bio break @ 18:00, so probably about 20 mins (clock was off by that time)

  3. Jumped in after the kids class…missed strength and warmed up.

    Loved it DB! Great WOD after a heavy day!
