  5. Great start to Labor Day! Holy Humidity! I’m sure it contributed to my brain fart of missing BJs! I went back and finished!
    WOD w/45#KB everything else rxd. 31:33. (After 5 min delay and 5 min brain lapse) The sq cleans were killers at the end.

  6. DL 95#, 25# KB, 20″ box steps, 7 pull ups and 13 bar dips, SC & OHS 35#


    OMG! I did this is Oct 2014 w/heavier weight in only 32:45!! I am going to blame this slow time on the heat. The only thing I can say is that I did not walk on the 400M + I messed up and did the OH squats and KB without a run in between so after the burpees, ran 800M

    Great to see so many cross fitters today! Awesome class…and great picture need to put this pic as your profile on FB!

  7. That’s the closest I’ve come to puking in a loooong time.

    Scaled this one back to try and make the time cap.

    DL: 195#
    OHS + squat clean: 85# (annoyingly weak)
    24″ box jumps
    Regular pull-ups, I got em all though!
