Great start to Labor Day! Holy Humidity! I’m sure it contributed to my brain fart of missing BJs! I went back and finished!
WOD w/45#KB everything else rxd. 31:33. (After 5 min delay and 5 min brain lapse) The sq cleans were killers at the end.

OMG! I did this is Oct 2014 w/heavier weight in only 32:45!! I am going to blame this slow time on the heat. The only thing I can say is that I did not walk on the 400M + I messed up and did the OH squats and KB without a run in between so after the burpees, ran 800M
