    400 meter sprint run: 1:57

    WOD as rx’d:
    3 rounds + 400 meter run
    Total pull-ups- 40
    Total toes to bar – 25

    400m Row = 1:25
    400m Run = 1:40

    WOD as Rx’d = 3 rounds…..tired, sore, and lazy so I’m calling this an “active” rest day. 🙂

    Pull-ups = 64
    T2B = 45
    Total = 109 reps

  3. Rest & recovery from “the crud” that has crept into my system.

    Wish I could run that 400m today! Feeling like a sub-70 is in the near future.

    Did 3 rds as didn’t know exactly how much running
