  1. Trying to build back a motor. It is so painful. Hoping it comes back

    Peter and I may have the same motor and desired rest position.

    Great Job to all CF Jenks athletes that competed at the Battle Over Redlands. Way to Represent via the CF Jenks Method!!!

    Strength Endurance (full out) mixed with Aerobic Conditioning (set paces at about 85-90% RPE)
    5 rounds of:
    -50m sled pull/sprint 120lbs 25m out and 25m back (goal of sub 40sec)
    Rest 20sec
    -300m Run 3%incline on treadmill (goal of sub 1:28)
    Rest 2min
    -350m Row (goal of sub 1:28)
    Sled Sprints = :31 – :31 – :32 – :33 – :34
    Runs = 1:26 – 1:24 – 1:24 – 1:24 – 1:23
    Rows = 1:20 – 1:19 – 1:20 – 1:19 – 1:15

    So Glad to be done
