Strength Endurance (full out) mixed with Aerobic Conditioning (set paces at about 85-90% RPE) 5 rounds of: -50m sled pull/sprint 120lbs 25m out and 25m back (goal of sub 40sec) Rest 20sec -300m Run 3%incline on treadmill (goal of sub 1:28) Rest 2min -350m Row (goal of sub 1:28) Sled Sprints = :31 – :31 – :32 – :33 – :34 Runs = 1:26 – 1:24 – 1:24 – 1:24 – 1:23 Rows = 1:20 – 1:19 – 1:20 – 1:19 – 1:15 So Glad to be done Reply
