  16. Pull-ups: 10 (happy with that! Almost a lifetime PR)
    Crunches: 55 (not happy about that)
    2.85mi run: 22:26 (happy until I found out it wasn’t 3 miles, but I did push hard the whole time)
    HRPU: 24. Basically gave in to the tireds
    T2B: 20 or 25, I lost count, and strength
    High plank hold: I didn’t look at the clock for 2 minutes straight, and when I finally did, it had only really been 45 seconds, so I stopped at 1 min.

    30 KB Swings (45#)
    15 Burpees
    30 Anchored Military Sit-ups
    20min time cap – got through the swings on my 5th round!

    Much respect and gratitude for the Marines and service men and women!
