9 Hang Power Cleans 165/115 RX+ 205/145 55+125/80

6 Push Jerks 165/115 RX+ 205/145 55+125/80

Complete a full round AFAP, Rest exactly 1 minute, repeat until all 5 rounds complete. Subtract 4 minutes for final time/score.

    WOD as rx’d = 13:13 – 4 = 9:13…..fell apart after 1st round

  4. Really should be resting today, but this was to enticing to pass. It is also a good opportunity to do a small light test on shoulder.

    A) 205lbs with Power Jerks When I did 165 on build up I knew I was going to have to scale load for WOD.

    B) At 135lbs All rounds unbroken except for 4th round, dropped once on #8 clean
    Total Time = 8:58
    Rest Time = -4:00
    Work Time = 4:58

    C) 12 T2B I had no grip, forearms were swole’
