    1st ever ring muscle up post WOD! Woot!

    1. 8:37rx today. Keep going, Blocker. That 1st ring MU eventually turns into 7 unbroken. Those bar MU eventually turn into an efficient movement for you and you can do multiple big sets unbroken. You eventually learn to butterfly your C2B. And 135# for a snatch pretty quickly becomes your warm-up weight. Don’t quit, even when it gets hard. Even when life gets hard, and it will get VERY hard soon. But you get stronger through it. Keep going, Blocker.
