    WOD scaled = 19:56
    Scaled P/U & PLU to 20-15-10-5

    Core:
    1 min plank hold with HRPU every 10 sec
    GHD thingies…no go. I need one-on-one instruction here.

    WOD as Rx’d = 16:53

    Core Development – 1 Round
    1 min plank with 1 push-up every 10 seconds
    25 hip extensions to glute raise

    Tough day to come back to after a week off!!!

  3. B….don’t you ever never ever leave for a whole week again! The seperation anxiety has been overwhelming. If Breck had couches in the gym, I’d have chewed up all the pillows by now!
