    5 x 5 at 95# (doctor said to work on hamstring strength so that is what I am doing)

    These two exercises together make my lower back super tight. Had to set it down too much.

    PM: Today’s WOD Back Squat 5×5 @ 225lbs WOD RX+ 70lbs = 12:44
