    Quit a few times and spent more time on the ground than doing the WOD.

    Bar MU’s just to make sure yesterday wasn’t a fluke.

    WOD: 21:22 or 22:21, can’t remember…

    mods: 95# DL, HSQ, & PP – 45# KBS

    really tried to go unbroken on each exercise and with the exception of the last exercise (doing the 5 hang squat cleans – drop bar – 1 hang squat clean + 3 PP) I was able to do that so I’m satisfied (and surprised) that I did that 🙂
