E6MOM for 5 TEST Events
– 800m Sprint/Run for time
– 1000m Row for time
– 50 Back Squats from floor bodyweight men/70% bodyweight women for time
– 100 KBS 70/55 or 55/35 or 45/25 for time
– Build up to a Max Snatch (squat or power)

**Athletes Choice on Order, but all Must be completed *if not completed in 6min time cap/E6MOM annotate reps and move directly into next event. Each event starts at 6min.

    *1000 m row: 3:34 (last time 3:14)
    *Max snatch: #175 (same as last)
    *Back squat: 40 reps w/ 225# (last time 45 reps)
    *800 m run: 5:37 (last time 5:40)
    *KBS w/55#: 5:29 (last time 5:33)

  2. 1 – 2k bike (sub for 800m run) = 3:58
    2 – 50 back squats @ 85# (not Rx) = 3:58
    3 – 1RM snatch = 85
    4 – 100 KBS 25# = 4:01
    5 – 1000m Row = 5:07

    A part of me died during each 6 Min WOD!!!

    800m run: 4:55 – probably should’ve just mall walked

    Back Squat – 135#(~63% BW) – 45reps at the 6min cap

    BS definitely the biggest obstacle for me today!

    800m run: 3:05 (pr is 2:52 but I ran first that time)
    100 kbs w 55#: 5:51 (last two times I used 45#)
    snatch: 96# (could not feel my forearms the entire 6 minutes!!*)
    1K row: 4:02 (tie pr)

    next time I am doing the barbell movements first and maybe 100kbs last bc those swings smoked my arms!

    800m Run 4:15 (easy bc of calf and had nothing left)

    Kb swings only got 97 (55lb)
    Back squats 29 @ 115 lbs

    Order all wrong…next time squats, kbs, snatch, run and row.

    Run 400, row 400
    KB at 35 88 then instead of snatches I completed the back squats and kbs
    Back squat at 65 did 30
    Then 20 more bs and 12 more swings
    Tough Monday!

    5th 1000m row-4:24 this was hard to do the row last I was hurting at this point lol but a very fun workout with a huggeeee class always great!!!! Good job everyone

    Kbs @ 45# 80, and back was done by this point (71)
    BS @ 135# 38 (125#, 38)

    Love this one. Those kbs and back squats though! Hot ham!

  19. 800m run: 3:16…exactly 1 minute slower than my college pr.
    Max Power Snatch: 120 pr, 125 attempted 2x failed. But so high and close! It will happen
    1000m row: 4:06
    50 BS @97#: 3:28
    100 KBS: 4:30 – sucked the life from me. Broke way too many times. Laura, you are a beast for doing that unbroken!!! Impressive!
