    2@90% = 165 (5# PR) failed 2nd rep. Oh well

    WOD with 95#, DU, and HSPU to 8# wall ball
    4 rounds plus 3 HPCj

    Core development
    100m walk with 25# DB overhead
    30 see saw press with 15# DB
    100m walk with 25# DB overhead (didn’t want to be a slacker)
    10 barbell rolls.

    As a matter of fact, great scores, loads, times etc..as of late. Keep killing it CF Jenks.

    Push Press = 8 @ 115 – 6 @ 145 – 4 @ 185 – 1 @ 210 failed the 2nd push press
    WOD RXd = 3rds + 40 reps I did use the weighted jump rope for doubles

    RX except HSPU – really need to work on those. Tried to descend as much as possible but didn’t get as low as I’ve gotten in the past. I blame it on the mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie.
