  2. struggled w/ a pretty harsh stomach bug this weekend so I came in today fairly weak and dehydrated – so with that, I went pretty light today.

    Cut the Wod in half (besides the DL – 10 @135#)

    Felt good to do a WOD as MRX but only 3rds. Not quite ready for 4.

    Congrats Kevin, Angie and Max on PRs. Max that is a huge PR! You are on fire and learning to love running, burpee, doubles and maybe even bear crawls.

    39:46 (first work out in 2 weeks)

    (last year did same except only 30 mogul jumps ea rd: 35:42
