ATTENTION: Due to the construction in the parking lot, we are asking that you pull in to the drive just to the North of our entrance and park in the lots between the buildings to the Northwest of CrossFit Jenks (You may also park along that roadway next to the buildings). There is a marked off walkway for you to make your way to our building.

2017 Qualifier Workout 1

For time:
100 dumbbell snatches 80-calorie row
60 burpees
40 muscle-ups

M 50-lb. dumbbell F 35-lb. dumbbell

OR

2017 Qualifier Workout 2

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:

25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.

If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.

If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.

If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.

If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
7 squat cleans, 315 / 205 lb.

    Wod 2 as rxd
    Completed 12 of 13 squat cleans in second round 8 min cap (115#)
    Kept going and completed up to one squat clean at 145#

    Would like to give this one another go when I haven’t done 100 DB snatches day before..fell apart on the 15’s push jerk

    5 MUs

    Plans changed continuously thru the work out. First goal was leave 3 to 4 min for MU, then 2, then just finish the burpees, then don’t puke while doing burpees.

  4. Wod 16.2 or qualifier 2
    Got 5 squat cleans at 185 then my 45 lb plate broke so didn’t try another. Only had 15 sec left

  5. Did WOD#1 cut (cut everything in half and did jumping pull ups for muscle ups and
    used 20# dumbbells)

    20 min cap:

    1 Rd + 50 DB snatches and 11 calorie row

  6. 2017 Masters Qualifier 2 w/ GHD sit ups
    9 Cleans into 185
    4 reps worse than last year when this was an open workout.
