    WOD mostly Rx (round of 3 RC turned into 1 at 15′ and 2 at about 13′-plus lots of looking at the rope): 16:42

    6×4@135#..stayed light due to my back hurting from i guess GHD’s the other day?

    Had to take longer breaks in between some of those climbs
