    With 8 minutes on the clock, complete 30 alternating DB snatch, 40 sit-ups, 50 air squats, then as many KB swings as possible in remaining time. Rest 2 minutes. With 8 minutes on the clock, complete 30 alternating DB snatch, 40 sit-ups, 50 air squats, then as many jump rope as possible in remaining time.
