    WOD Rx’d w/ ring MU
    about lost an elbow on the 2nd MU, so coasted the rest of the workout and just worked on the MU’s. 2rds + 7 thrusters. Basically I got sweaty and didn’t do any real work.

    25# kb, nothing crazy, just needed some flexibility, core, and dip work. Those muscle ups were not on point today.
