    Did rx+ 95# with rowing
    Wasn’t good at time tracking – singles on the SS, good practice 🙂
    Last time I did rx so felt good to lift heavier

  17. squat snatch up to 115. Failed 135#. PR was 145#. Shoulder not feeling great and sweating so much that no amount of chalk was helping.

    i think i finished 12:12 – 3 min. So 9:12. 20 DU and 75#
