For Labor Day, Monday, September 4th we are offering an 8am and 10am class.  All other classes are canceled.  Have a safe and happy Labor Day weekend!

    Did pull-ups rather than C2B
    GHD sit-ups rather than sit-ups
    Lateral barbell skier jumps rather than DU’s

  2. 55# barbell, 25# KB, jumping pullups, GHD’s for T2B, tripled single unders, and 14# WB

    *I tripled my single under with the intention of hitting time cap so I didn’t have to do WB’s. Breck made me finish despite his insistence at the beginning that he was going hold us to the cap.

  3. Changed to Twisted Twenties! (only 20 of ea)

    55#, 25# KB, 17″ burpee box step ups, knee raises, jumping pull ups and mogul jumps
    and regular sit ups using hands, 10# ball to 9 ft target
