  1. Did Jerry equivalent first then Annie equivalent
Jerry: 1 mile run; 2K row; 4K assault bike
Annie: lateral barbell skier jumps: anchored sit-ups
    *
    Total time: 35:56
    Jerry- 25:36

  2. CrossFit Silverado
    1 mile run

Only stopped once to pick a sticker out of my sock, but apparently my pace was less than blazing

    Hey it’s done. 😉

  9. Annie: 17:34 with half singles and half doubles ea time
Mile: 15:09 – so bad…as my PR is 10:02! (45 sec break before run)
    Row: 11:52

    Did not do last mile
    Time: 44:35

Really embarrassed to post these times!

Melanie, love your description of this WOD!!

  10. Linda,
Don’t be embarrassed by your post or your time! I assure you none of us look at what you did and think you have anything to be embarrassed about!

I’m on the hunt to find more people who will post their non-competitive time. The truth is, if we delay being proud of the work we put in until we meet a certain weight or time, we are going to miss being proud of ourselves altogether.

I fight being embarrassed too, but I did hard work yesterday. I ran for the first time in 2 years. I think that’s an ok milestone to be proud of regardless of time. We each have different struggles, but the point is that we work hard through the struggles. You can be proud of that.

Any more scaled posters out there?
