– 30 Clean & Jerk 135/95lbs MRX 95/65 (ground to shoulder to overhead)

2014 CF Games “Double Grace”
For Time:
– 60 Clean & Jerk 135/95lbs MRX 95/65

OR

“Heavy Grace”
For Time:
– 30 Clean & Jerk 185/125lbs RX+ 225/155 MRX 135/95

**All Formats Will be conducted in heats with a grader/judge and a Hard 15min Time Cap. If performing Double or Heavy Grace, GO in second heat!**

    *Just to clarify for Chase & Max, I didn’t quit after single Grace. My lower back was still sore from Heavy Grace on Wednesday, so I’m working on the other 30 reps. I’ll probably finish next October.

  5. Heavy grace 8:01…form felt great and back held up well. Can’t remember last time I did heavy grace (@135) but pretty sure my time was way better.

  7. Great work today everyone! October has been a hard month mentally and physically, and you all show up and give 100%. Your hard work is paying off. Some days are PR days and some days things just feel off. Many of you went rxd for the first time and didn’t think you could…but you did! Everyday you walk in the door is an accomplishment. Keep pushing hard. We are proud of you all.
