  1. Power snatch up to 205, failed 215

    Wod rx’d
    4 + 2 Bar MU

    64 reps. 6 short of last time, but I’m ok with it. Effort matched results today.

  2. 18.0 against Justin, Chad, Breck, Shannon, and Sydney. They cheered me on for a few minutes after they finished and cooled down and grabbed a drink.
