    WOD w/all runs and rope from standing to floor (doubled the number), knee raises

    Only did 800 meters instead of 1200 M run and rested the 1 minute by
    mistake after the 400 M, 4 rope standing to floor and 20 knee raises

    39:50 – 6 = 33:50
