  1. WOD as rx’d

    35:58 – 6:00 = 29:58

    Then came back and did CF Linchpin WOD
    800m farmers carry 35# KB
    400m front rack carry
    200m overhead carry

    Jumped in on hatch squat training

  2. Alternated bike/row
    10’ rope climb attempts – made about half
    T2B – bamboo v-ups on 30 then hanging knee raises
    GHD’s
    34:48-6:00=28:48

  3. WOD w/all runs and rope from standing to floor (doubled the number), knee raises

    Only did 800 meters instead of 1200 M run and rested the 1 minute by
    mistake after the 400 M, 4 rope standing to floor and 20 knee raises

    39:50 – 6 = 33:50
